Global analysts and supply chain managers typically spend hours each day scraping through disconnected foreign sources just to understand China's rapidly shifting policy landscape. When Sinoeye’s founder came to us with the concept for a centralized solution, we took on the challenge of bringing that vision to life end-to-end. The goal was to build a digital environment capable of ingesting massive amounts of localized data—from central bank monetary shifts to consumer sentiment trending on Xiaohongshu—and presenting it all within a single, highly intuitive terminal.

We didn't just design the interface; we built the underlying engine. Partnering closely with the founder, we engineered a custom aggregation system that pulls and parses live feeds from 360 distinct sources. On the front end, the core challenge was displaying this high volume of complex information without overwhelming the user. We created a strict, modular grid system and a dark-mode UI that organizes the data into digestible zones like Macro Alerts and Strategic Exposure. By treating typography and spacing as the primary navigation tools, we ensured the interface remains lightning-fast and legible as signals update by the minute.

From the initial whiteboard sketches to shipping the final code, the resulting platform bridges the gap between raw, unstructured data and strategic clarity. By prioritizing utility and performance, we delivered a powerful daily tool that allows researchers and strategists to track mainland developments effortlessly.
